When you make an order, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Ordering products requires that the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.
The delivery time for the products is indicated on the e-commerce product card.
Products that are announced for immediate delivery are after the order is picked up by our shop according to the opening hours of the shop.
If the delivery of the product is selected by Postnord, we will deliver the products on the next business day.
If the product declares the delivery time, we order the product from our warehouse and deliver it or leave it in the warehouse as soon as the product has arrived in our warehouse
Usual waiting time for no stock items is 1-week
max. delivery time for large over sea products is 8-9 week (in product card is notice for this).
If no ordered product is available, we reserve the right to cancel the sale for the product concerned. We will notify you of any delays in delivery to the customer and agree to a cancellation or a delayed delivery.
If a wrong or defective product has been delivered to the consumer, the consumer must inform the seller without delay.
Seller will not be liable if the delivery of the order is blocked, complicated or delayed by third parties due to issues beyond the control of the seller.
in case of returning the product, must be use of return form. Our sales team will e-mail the form when asked.

You do not need to register as a customer for an online store. Registered customers can log in to the online store directly with their own logos. Logging will speed up your transactions in the online store and you will also have the opportunity to receive special benefits and offers in your email. The personal information you provide when you place an order is collected and stored in our customer register (see separate register description). Information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Shop currency is € (euro). All prices are in Euros.
We charge our products at the time of order, in accordance with our current price list. The prices of our products are valid for the time being or in product information for a specified time (eg, Promotional Products). Product prices do not include shipping fees. Delivery charges are stated and charged at the time of the order and confirmed in the order confirmation. Product prices include value added tax.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale for obvious price errors. A clear price error refers to the potential price distortion of the product in the online store, so that the price of the product deviates significantly and clearly from the right price of the product (for example, the price of the product at € 10.00 is € 1.00).
We supply all over Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia. If you want to order abroad, contact our sales team.
The delivery time for our products is indicated on the e-commerce product card. If the product card indicates that the availability is "immediately", the products can be picked up after order after our store, our business by opening hours. If you have selected a delivery with a travel service, we will leave the products to be delivered the next business day. If the product card indicates delivery time, it means that we order the product from our warehouse and deliver it as soon as the product arrives. The delivery time is indicative and there may be exceptions. We always strive to deliver as fast as possible. Our goal is to contact customers as soon as possible via email or phone if we notice delivery last longer than normal.
Normal delivery time for non stock products are 1-week. If delivery time is longer than that, there will be information on product card, like "3-weeks"

Shipping to Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia is with Postnord.
Weight-based pricing has been negotiated for our customers to the most advantageous.
The delivery price displayed in the shopping basket is left out if the product is picked up from the warehouse.
Be prepared to prove your identity in time of delivery (driving license, passport, ID card).
The seller's responsibility for the order and delivery will last until the delivery of the product.

The online payment is passed by Checkout.
The Checkout Payments Agent passes your payment to the merchant. There are payment buttons for all banks. Checkout is a secure payment method for you. The service is entered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority under the transitional provision of the Finnish Credit Institutions Act. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6).
Online payment is passed by Makekomerce. Payments are made outside of E-store enviroment, in saf payment enviroment of the service provided Maksekeskus AS
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Card payment is secured by Nets SSL Secure Payment Form. Online shopping and Checkout Finland Oy do not have access to card data and payment card information is not stored in our systems. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services to validate the cardholder's identity.
The Ecommerce uses the Checkout payment transfer service for card payments. The webshop acts as a marketer for products and services and as a product supplier for the customer. The e-shop is responsible for the statutory and other obligations of the retailer. In the case of payment card payments, the transaction is generated between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims for card payments. Checkout appears as a payee with a card payment and passes the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
The Customer selects a desired Product from the Online Store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “ADD TO CART”.
To place the order, the Customer must click on the button “CHECKOUT”, after which the Customer is forwarded to the order placement page. After entering the required data, the Customer will pay for the product through an internet bank link and confirm the order by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”.

When the Customer has paid for the Product, the Online Store will send a confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.
The Customer is obligated to provide necessary and correct information when the order is placed.
The Seller takes no responsibility for not being able to execute the order or any consequences that arise due to incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order.
The Seller has the right to refuse to fill the order if there is a doubt the data presented to the Seller is incorrect or if the conduct is not in accordance with good practice.

Vouchers are to be used for one-time purchase only (unless categorically mentioned).
Vouchers are to be used by individual customers unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Voucher codes must be entered at the checkout or cart page.
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
In general, terms & conditions of voucher usage are as specified on the voucher (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered).
Duration of vouchers are typically for a period of a few hours up to a maximum of two weeks. This guideline overrides any individual voucher policy.
4x4parts reserves the right to cancel the order if purchase behavior by the customer is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
4x4parts vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
4x4parts reserves the right to change the terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.
Our consumer customers have full right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel or some of their orders within 14 days of receipt of the product
When returning, the product must be unused. If the product is not in good standing or shows signs of use or damage (for reasons beyond us), we reserve the right not to accept the refund or the right to a fair refund. Our business customers have no right to cancel.
Before returning or canceling the sale, the customer must contact the seller and agree on it. If the product returns air notification, the seller will not be responsible for freight costs.
When returning or canceling, we ask you to notify the following items. You must fill the return form before returning, we will send this form when asked.
Reason for refund (if defective or improper product)

To refund the money, please report the account number.
In addition, please indicate whether you want to:
a.) Return the product and get the money back to the account.
b.) To replace the correct product or the same product (without defect)
c.) We may also send the corresponding product in place of a defective or defective product (and we will refund any difference or switch to a more expensive product by charging the difference from the customer)
If return causes because that the product is not right or there is mistake on details, we will pay shipping cost's back and returning is without charges.
If return causes some other reason, the shipping cost's will not return and return cost is for customer.
You can return a product purchased from a vendor online store with a travel service or directly to the store. We kindly ask you to return the order with a completed return form and in the original packaging or otherwise well packaged. The shipment is addressed to the vendor's address and must contain the above information. The aforementioned information is also required in connection with product return even if the product is returned to the store.
Please note that the money will be returned to the bank account within a reasonable time - the store can not handle cash back payments for the online store.

Our responsibility for our consumer customers is determined by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Product Warranty covers warranty or damage caused by normal use. The products that are in competition are not warranted or warranted.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Finland and disputes concerning them shall be settled primarily by the Helsinki District Court.
Consumers also have the option to bring an action in the district court of their own place of residence or bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
